The goods must be returned in the condition that they were sent. If you wish to return an item the cost of postage will be paid by the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend at least the royal mail
signed for service.
We will refund postage for goods that are deemed faulty.
If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty when delivered to you we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should notify us and return the product in accordance with the provisions above.
